Consulting Call Terms
Version 2026-10-28.1
These terms apply when you buy a consulting call with Katerina Bletsch. The seller is DailyMind LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 439959, Kythiron 8, Apartment 204, Aglantzia, 2103 Nicosia, Cyprus. Email: support@lumen.observer · Phone: +357 9926 3665.
1. The service
One video call of 45 minutes, one to one, with Katerina Bletsch on Google Meet, about the topic you tell us when you book (for example your job search, CV or positioning). You choose the time on https://lumen.observer/call/katerina; the Google Meet link comes with the calendar invitation.
2. Price and payment
The price is €40, VAT included (Cyprus VAT, 19%). You pay in advance through Stripe’s payment page; Stripe processes the payment and DailyMind LTD never sees your card details. You receive Stripe’s receipt and our invoice by email. Please pay at least 12 hours before the call; if we haven’t received the payment by then, we may cancel the booking and tell you by email.
3. Moving or cancelling
- You can cancel through the link in your booking email or by email to support@lumen.observer. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, or within your 14-day withdrawal period (section 4), we refund the full price. Later cancellations, and not joining within 15 minutes of the start without cancelling, are not refunded, except where section 4 says otherwise.
- We may need to cancel or move a call. You then choose a new time or a full refund.
- If the call is cut short by a problem on our side, we offer a new time for the remaining minutes or a refund in proportion.
4. Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day you pay, without giving any reason. To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by email to support@lumen.observer; you may use the model form below, but you don’t have to. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough.
Calls within the 14 days. If your call takes place within the 14 days, at checkout you expressly ask us to provide the call within the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the call has fully taken place. If you withdraw before the call starts, you pay nothing. If you withdraw during the call, you pay an amount in proportion to the time already provided.
Refunds. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

5. What the call is, and isn’t
The call gives you information, ideas and opinions based on Katerina’s experience. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial, medical or psychological advice, and it creates no adviser–client relationship of that kind. Check decisions in those areas with a licensed professional. We don’t promise any result, such as interviews, a job offer, a visa or a residence permit: what you do with the call, and its outcome, are your decisions and your responsibility.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, DailyMind LTD’s total liability for a call is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
7. During the call
Neither side records the call without the other’s agreement. We keep confidential what you tell us, unless the law requires otherwise; please only share information you are allowed to share. We may end a call that becomes abusive or unlawful; the part of the call already held is not refunded.
8. Your personal data
DailyMind LTD is the controller for your data as a buyer: your name and email, your booking (time and time zone), what you tell us about your topic, and from Stripe your name, email, country and the amount paid (Stripe keeps your card details). Each booking attempt on the call page sends us a short notification through Telegram (the time and whether it was booked, not your name). We use your data to provide the call, to invoice you and to meet tax and accounting law (legal bases: performance of the contract and legal obligations). We keep payment and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires; we don’t keep notes from the call unless you ask us to. When you book, your name, email, the time you chose and your time zone go into Katerina’s Google Calendar as an event with you as a guest (Google sends you the invitation), and our booking emails (confirmation, reminder, cancellation) are sent through Resend from noreply@lumen.observer. To stop spam, the booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and keeps short-lived keyed hashes of your IP address and email for at most two days. Booking records are deleted 90 days after the call. You can ask for access, correction or deletion, object, or complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. Contact: support@lumen.observer.
9. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Please send any complaint to support@lumen.observer; we answer within 14 days.
The version of these terms shown when you pay applies to your call.
